Mattresses are made-to-order products and turnaround can take anywhere from two to four weeks on some products.  Our $99 white-glove delivery includes set up of new products purchased from ESC Mattress Center and removal of your old mattress set.  Accommodations will be made to provide the most efficient delivery method possible, and in some cases direct-shipment of mattresses will be used.  As a family-owned small business we do almost all of our deliveries ourselves after business hours.
